The United States Supreme Court’s decision allowing mail-order abortions to continue while the Louisiana court case proceeds is an alarming affront to both states’ rights and women’s health. Abortion providers and special interest groups trumpeted states’ rights after the overturn of Roe, then immediately moved to subvert states laws they didn’t like.
